Job Description
Mover: Is responsible for safe and efficient preparation of furniture for moving, placing customers' belongings where directed, putting truck and equipment into a state of readiness before and after jobs, assisting with navigating, and any other tasks as assigned by the Driver. Any applicant hired for the Mover/Driver position will be initiated as a Mover until the individuals skills have satisfied the requirements for the Driver Position.

Duties
• Follow applicable company policies
• Carry out duties to the standards of the company and to the level of training
• Remain safety-conscious at all times
• Keeping the company and its client’s best interest in mind at all times
• Prepping, loading, and unloading of customers’ belongings
• Effectively manage personal time
• Work together with a team to complete projects and solve problems
• Follow directions while maintaining a positive attitude
• Assist Drivers as needed
• Any other duties as decided on by the Operations Manager and/or his/her designee

Requirements
• 18+ years of age
• High School Diploma/ GED Equivalent
• Valid Driver’s License
• Positive attitude
• Ability to lift/carry 100+ Pounds
• Strong work ethic with the drive to go above and beyond
• The ability to follow directions and adhere to policies
• Ability to excel in a team environment
• No experience in the moving industry is required

Compensation
• $17.50-$26.00/hour plus tips. Minimum of 30-day training period at $15.00/hour
• Medical / Dental (After 1560 hours worked)
